As this is the first day of Spring, the little signs of awakening are everywhere. The birds singing, the small buds lining the tree limbs, the smell of sunshine in the air. When you have been a winter snow bird for 3 months, today and moving forward, the most amazing and (always free) way to de-stress is to get your self outside. A walk by the river, the park or the block can help you leave of trail of things you just don't need on your plate. The solitude will give your mind free reign to just wander and be one with nature. Take in your surroundings, look at the beauty all around. Your challenge: Try this soul quenching once a week. See what revelations you may have being blocked by all that junk in your head. It's time to move.
